Education in underprivileged

In the modern times ,Where students studying in various tech-oriented schools and colleges and making plans for there future about what to do ?, from where to do ? . Many students still lack all those facilities of basic education and are deprived of it .For these underprivileged students education does not mean having good marks or becoming the topper of their respective school, districts or their classrooms ,Education can play role to break the chain of poverty prevailing in their family from generations .In present ,when we take many things for granted can be a luxury for others ,but the question arises why ? 

Isn't the government providing enough schemes and doing various tasks to reduce illiteracy ?

Aren't there are enough NGO's doing their task rightly ?

then why does illiteracy prevails in the society 

The challenge is far more complex than how it seems ,It is way more huge than just financial problems of the families There are problems which are commonly ignored over by us :-

•  The hidden fees:- School fee or the tu
  ition fees may not be a huge burden for impoverished families but fees like "uniforms, books, taxi, function, maintenance" and most importantly Security fees which the schools promises to give back to parents but after the tenure of student in the school there are various irrelevant fines which are more as a exploitation of the parents and the security amount is waved off in that 
• Poor infrastructure: Today, when for even 5 minutes our WIFI server is down we think that our world has stopped but think of those who does not even have access to basic amenities like clean water, benches for sitting in schools, Fans in the scorching summer . These are some of the reasons due to which even parents don't like to send there kids to school  

And even if the parents manage to gather the fund and ignore these problems the steps in the Best of all "Partial society Thinking" that what is the need of schooling ? your kid must work so that one more source of income could be generated and parents in the pressure of their neighborhood or society decides to send their kid on work instead of school 

today ,according to the reports more than 10million kids are involved in child labor .A child is given a shovel in hand to work when he should have a pen and writing the history of India
